Our journey begins with a warm, personalized phone consultation. I’ll learn about your family, your story, and your vision for your newborn session. We’ll discuss your style, preferences, and the tender moments you’d love to capture in these first weeks. It’s also a chance to make sure we’re the right fit and for you to ask questions about the process. By the end, you’ll feel confident that your session will beautifully reflect this new chapter in your family’s story.
1. Phone Consultation
During your in-studio design consultation, we’ll plan every detail with intention. We’ll explore wardrobe choices for you and your baby, and meaningful details that make the session uniquely yours. We’ll talk through how to keep baby comfortable throughout the session and you'll have a chance to look through the various props that I offer. I’ll guide you through logistics and timing so you can simply relax and enjoy. Every detail is designed to reflect your vision and the legacy you want to create.
2. In Person Design Consultation
Your newborn session is a calm, luxurious experience centered on comfort, connection, and love. In my San Francisco Bay Area studio, I create a peaceful environment where your baby — and your family — can simply be. From soft, fine art portraits to intimate family moments, every image highlights the miracle of new life and the beauty of your growing bond. I’ll gently guide you so the experience feels effortless and deeply meaningful.
3. Your Newborn Session
Your Gallery Premiere is going to be an emotional experience where we reveal your newborn & motherhood portraits in a slideshow that is guaranteed to make your heart melt. Together, we’ll select your favorites and begin creating heirloom albums and artwork that celebrate your baby’s first chapter. I’ll walk you through design options that bring your images into your home as timeless reminders of this fleeting season.
4. Your Gallery Premiere
Your finished portraits arrive as exquisite albums and gallery-ready artwork, crafted to be treasured for generations. Each piece reflects the beauty, intimacy, and wonder of your newborn session. Many families continue the journey with milestone sessions, creating a seamless legacy of memories. From your walls to your hands, every detail ensures that these first days are remembered and celebrated for years to come.
5. Artwork & Album Delivery
Anna is a wonderful photographer. She took our newborn photos and family lifestyle shots, and we love them! She was very patient and gentle and got great shots of my kiddos. We went to Anna's studio for the newborn photos, where she had beautiful props and backgrounds from which we could choose. She made us feel so comfortable, and she even has a cute outdoor area for outdoor shots as well.
