We begin with a phone consultation where I learn about your pet — their personality, quirks, and what makes them special. We’ll talk about the story you want to capture, whether welcoming a new puppy or honoring a senior companion. Then we’ll discuss your vision for the session, from playful energy to quiet, soulful portraits. This call helps us make sure we’re the perfect fit and ensures your session will reflect the joy and love your pet brings into your life.
1. Phone Consultation
During the design consultation, we’ll plan the session with care. From wardrobe coordination for family members to choosing treats, toys, or props that bring out your pet’s character, every detail ensures the experience feels personal and stress-free. I’ll guide you through logistics so that your furry (or feathered!) family member is comfortable and at ease. Every decision is made with your pet’s unique personality and your legacy in mind.
2. In Person Design Consultation
Your pet portrait session is playful, stress-free, and centered on celebrating your pet’s unique spirit. I’ll capture the essence of your pet’s personality alongside the bond you share. From soulful fine art portraits to playful moments, each image highlights the joy and unconditional love that makes your pet part of the family.
3. Your pet Session
At your Gallery Premiere, you’ll experience your portraits in an heartwarming slideshow. We’ll work together to select the images that capture your pet’s essence and design heirloom artwork and albums that honor their place in your family’s story. Every detail is guided with care to ensure the artwork reflects the love you feel.
4. Your Gallery Premiere
Your portraits are delivered as lasting keepsakes — from wall art that celebrates their presence in your home to albums that tell their story. Each piece preserves the joy, loyalty, and love your pet brings, ensuring their memory lives on for generations.
5. Artwork & Album Delivery
Anna is a miracle worker. She has a super sharp eye for candids and has been able to capture my kids, pets, and family in the studio many times over the years as well. We truly cherish the photos she has taken, and her patience and flexibility in managing hectic shoots involving humans and animals. I can't recommend her enough.
I met Anna when she was doing photo mini-sessions at a play space my son attended frequently. She photographed my first son when he was about 9 months old for a Christmas photo, and then we did another session around his first birthday. We are still in love with those photos. When my second son was born, we knew that we'd ask Anna to do his newborn photo session as well. I treasure all of these photos, which include our dogs and our home so beautifully. Anna is patient, kind, super professional, and has a distinct talent for capturing the essence of her subjects. We have another family photo session planned and I can't wait to see the photos!

Oh my god, if you're looking for a pet photographer, there's no one better than Anna! She is very unassuming and puts you (and your pet) quickly at ease. But the best thing is that she sees art in the little details where most of us wouldn't think there's anything there.
